Recommendation on selecting the right tool
Selecting the tool for packing, both strapping size and type of tool maybe vary depends on the product appearance, type, shape, size and weight you want to pack. Here are some tips guiding you to select the right tool.
Steel
Qualification Steel is durable, can handle heavyweight products, non-flexible.
But its hardness can also damage the fragile product as well as easily get rusty outdoor, except for the color-coated steel.
PP Strapping
Qualification PP Strapping is easy for stretching, flexible and can handle middle-weight products.
But because it is too flexible, the strap can be loose easily in the future. The tension of stretching is in a mid-tightness level.
PET Strapping
Qualification PET Strapping is durable yet lightweight, high tension support, flexible but good in reinstatement. The tension while stretching is excellent even if it is kept outdoor. Can be used instead of steel in some occasions.
Plastic Strapping
Qualification Nowadays, there is new technology used in manufacture and recycle high quality plastic like it came out from the fresh plastic beads. It was manufactured by using chemical liquid and coloring in order to increase and improve its efficiency to support any types of usage, such as heat and cold tolerance, pulling and stretching tolerance, expansion tolerance, etc.
